I visited the Firestone today for a tire repair. Im from out of town and had to leave my car here overnight because my tire went flat. I was able to call roadside assistance to come and change my tire to the spare. I made it to Firestone to get it repaired. I had sat here for over a hour after I was told that It would be done in 30 minutes to a hour. As I sit here I noticed that everyone was eating and not working. How does everyone go to lunch and you have a customer sitting here? I know everyone deserves lunch but really how long would it have taken to finish my car or even stagger your lunches.

I got a set of 4 new Bridgestone Alenza Prestige A/S BL tires for my SUV from Firestone at 6005 19th St, Lubbock, TX. The customer service and the actual work was excellent 👍 Tom is the Best! He worked with me on pricing and beat the competitors' price. The tires were in the next day and they installed them, with rotation, balancing and wheel alignment ( I have lifetime wheel alignment package, you will have to pay for wheel alignment though). This Firestone center is very neat shop with well qualified technicians who pay attention to detail. There were some very slight smudge marks on the inside of the driver side door upon delivery and Tom fixed it immediately with a sorry and a smile! He jumped on it with no questions asked. I appreciate his great attitude and dignity of labor. Jason double checked the air pressure on all 4 tires at my request. They honored my appointment and I was out in less than 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Firestone for any tire installation and repair needs plus all automotive repair work. They get 5 stars for customer focus.

I spent all last week trying to get my tire fixed. Walked straight into this place and they helped me instantly. Great service, friendly people, and great quality. Ended up getting 4 new tires.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have replaced tires and diagnosed many issues for me. Replaced brakes on a Kia. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Taylor, Max and David and Mike have all been exceptional.

MAx was on top of the game and very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable got me through the process of getting new tires and done an excellent service, definitely worth the wait, and will be back if needed in the future and recommend them for anyone needing any kind of help with your vehicle 🚗.
